Our Open House event is your opportunity to learn about the company, get a better understanding of the career opportunities we have available, and if you qualify then you may have the chance to have an immediate interview. Please come professionally dressed, bring your resume, and a pen to fill out forms. Upon entering, we will hand you an information packet, ask you to fill out an application, take a math test, and a behavioral profile. We will then give you a brief overview of what the company has to offer. Expect to be at the fair for at least an hour.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (Payroll Specialist)
CUSTOMER SERVICE (Payroll Specialist) JOB DESCRIPTION:
Employees in this high exposure function are the "heart of the company", where it all begins. Daily interaction with clients, via telephone, includes inputting payroll information as well as researching & responding to payroll & tax related questions. Payroll Specialists develop positive working relationships with their clients and educate them on PAYCHEX products and services. These individuals calculate local, state, and federal tax returns as well as perform data entry to update and maintain client information. Payroll Specialists are also responsible for coordinating the processing & packaging of quarterly & year-end tax returns & reports. Most importantly, these specialists provide ongoing quality customer service to clients at all times.
After 4-6 weeks of initial training at the home branch, additional training is conducted at our Corporate Training Center in Rochester, New York. These professional sessions along with numerous self-study materials, puts your future in your own hands. With time, on-going promotional opportunities are readily available and encouraged.
Payroll Specialists receive a comprehensive benefits package including a 401K Plan, a Stock Purchase Plan, tuition reimbursement, and paid holiday, sick, & vacation days.

SR. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (Major Market Services)
Sr. Customer Service Rep. Job Description:
Employees in this position are accountable and responsible for all aspects of ongoing quality service for clients in our Major Market Services department. These individuals respond to client inquiries and concerns and resolve client problems in a timely manner including payroll and tax related matters, "how to" product inquiries, system issues, and first level support of client input and/or output transmission issues. They ensure that the client receives full value from the Major Markets products by providing training over the telephone as necessary and periodically explaining additional reports/product features and their benefits. Client Service Representatives proactively ensure high client retention and ongoing satisfaction by participating in designated client calling and retention oriented programs. In addition they keep abreast of system and software changes, major changes and trends in the PC industry, and changes in wage and tax laws. Another key responsibility of this position is to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and co-workers to promote the quality service image of PAYCHEX.
