Hematology/Oncology Opportunity in New Jersey

A leading outpatient oncology group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join their growing team in New Jersey. Connect with us today to learn how this could be a great fit for you!

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient-only, multi-specialty centers with on-site lab, imaging, infusion, and radiation therapy
• Opportunity to focus on general Hematology/Oncology or just Hematology
• Modern, new facilities supported by experienced APPs and care teams
• Active tumor boards and a strong clinical research department

Schedule & Call:

• Monday-Friday, with potential for a 4-day clinical week plus 1 admin day
  • 1 evening pager call per week and weekend call rotation of 1:4
  • Hospital and ED call duties required; APP support provided during hospital coverage
  • Call structure expected to evolve as the team grows

Compensation & Benefits:

• Year 1 guaranteed income floor; $400,000+ with immediate RVU bonus eligibility
  • Long-term earnings potential up to $800K+; RVU model
