About the Role

Neurosurgery Opportunity (Atlantic City, NJ area)

We are working with a Level II Trauma Center and Joint Commission Comprehensive Stroke Center (CSC), to recruit a dually trained Neurosurgeon (Cerebrovascular + Endovascular) with the ability to also perform general neurosurgery (including spine).

Position Overview:

• Schedule: Monday Friday
  • Minimum 2 outpatient clinic days/week
  • 1:3 call rotation (cranial/vascular focus)
• Practice Setting: Mix of inpatient + outpatient with strong APP support in both settings
• Case Mix: Cerebrovascular, Endovascular, and General Neurosurgery (including spine)

Compensation:

• Year 1: $600,000
• Year 2: $650,000
• Year 3: $700,000
• wRVU incentive (percentage of base salary)
• Additional compensation for extra call coverage
• Relocation assistance provided

Academic & Growth Opportunities:

• Appointment through Drexel University College of Medicine (based on qualifications)
• Opportunities to teach medical students and participate in research initiatives

Location:

• Based in Atlantic City, NJ
• 50 minutes from Philadelphia
• Access to multiple regional sites for collaboration/coverage

Ideal Candidate:

• Board Certified/Eligible Neurosurgeon
• Dual fellowship training in Cerebrovascular + Endovascular
• Comfortable with general neurosurgery and spine cases
• Interested in a hybrid academic/community model
