Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has an excellent full-time employment opportunity in the Marketing Department of our Delaware, Philadelphia, Boston, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Houston, Long Island or New Jersey office. Position Summary:

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator supports the Marketing and Communications team in analytics, website, communications, and content programs and initiatives. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills (including an ability to prioritize), and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, are essential. This candidate must be a self-starter who is flexible, collaborative, resourceful, and focused
, and must possess a strong client service orientation and an ability to develop relationships within the firm. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Help develop and enhance the firm analytics initiative utilizing data from our website and other metrics
  • Pull, analyze, and interpret website and blog analytics using multiple platforms including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, LIbsyn, Lexology, National Law Review, and social media platforms
  • Create and maintain reports in Google Data Studio
  • Handle analytics requests
  • Conduct SEO research and prepare reports
  • Pull and provide reports relating to content on the firm website and proposals/RFPs
  • Write, review, and update website content including biographies and news items
  • Build webpages and microsites on the firm website
  • Upload press releases, articles, and other content to the website, Prweb, and other platforms
  • Help maintain and update proposal and RFP content
  • Assist with Blogs and Alerts as needed
  • Assist with overall content development
  • Assist with drafting and posting content to firm social media platforms
  • Work on other projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with marketing and other business professionals throughout the firm across functions and teams

  • Ability to learn new programs or systems with ease

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum 2-4 years marketing/communications experience at a professional services firm or within a regulated industry
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), especially EXCEL
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Search Console and/or GA certified
  • Knowledge and experience in Google Data Studio and in SEO
  • Knowledge of Tableau or other analytics/data dashboards a plus
  • Working knowledge or willingness to learn HTML
  • Familiarity with email marketing software, website and blog platforms (Concep, Sitecore, Wordpress) a plus
  • Familiarity with AP style a plus
