ED is looking for full-time provider (min. 12 shifts/month including 2 weekends)
12-hour APP shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
1099 setup
$100/hr for for 12 shifts per month / $110/hr for 13 shifts and beyond
100 Bed Community Teaching Hospital
EPIC EMR
29 Bed Emergency Department
39,000 Annual Visit ED
15% admission rate from the ED
2 years of recent documented ER experience required
