Description:

Must have worked in Pharma R&D industry at least with 2 -3 project implementation
15+ years of experience in Pharma companies in Safety process with experience in the areas of Case Processing / Medical Safety Systems / PV Automation
Work with senior client stakeholders to understand their goals, processes, operations and expectations. Clearly define opportunities to deliver value by executing growth and transformation-based consulting projects
Strong experience in Pharma R&D and its Research areas, with global pharmaceutical company / IT or Advisory Company
Strong experience in understanding of Pharma R&D OR Safety systems in Technical and Business Processes, KPIs, Challenges, and Industry Trends and Regulations
Mandatory experience with Business Process Reviews, Business Process Improvements, Safety IT Landscape Assessment, IT simplification, driving the adoption of new-age technologies
