Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Manage returns and exchanges following store policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Replenish stock on shelves as needed
- Perform store opening and closing duties
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in retail or cashiering
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
