• Will the Locum be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers? No
• Services Available On-Site: Laboratory, Radiology
• Documentation System/EMR: AthenaHealth
• Practice Population: Adult,Geriatric

Required General Procedures: EKG Interpretation
Required Surgical Procedures: I & D (Incision & Drainage), Suturing of Minor Lacerations
Required Occupational Medicine Procedures: Employment Physicals, Diagnosis & Mgmt. of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems, Disability Exams

• Board Certified – Internal Medicine/Family Medicine – Required
• Local providers– only mileage will be reimbursed- Required
• NJ license in hand– Required
• Internal credentialing must be completed with the submitting agency– Required
• Clean Background– Highly preferred
• BLS – Required
