A healthcare facility in Livingston, New Jersey, is seeking a Pediatric Nephrologist for a travel/locum position focusing on weekend call coverage.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Weekend call coverage
• Schedule: Friday to Monday
• Hours: 5pm to 8am
• Setting: Hospital-based pediatric nephrology service

Responsibilities:

• Providing unrestricted weekend call coverage
• Managing inpatient nephrology consultations as needed
• Evaluating and treating pediatric kidney-related conditions
• Coordinating care with hospitalists, specialists, and nursing teams
• Documenting all care within Epic

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Pediatric Nephrology
• Active New Jersey license (or eligible)
• Experience providing inpatient Consultative Nephrology Care
• Comfortable practicing independently during call coverage

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Epic EMR
