About the Role

A New Jersey-based health services organization is actively seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN Hospitalist for ongoing locum coverage. This is an in-house OB coverage role with 24-hour restricted call shifts in a collaborative Labor & Delivery environment.

About the Opportunity:

• Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage (through December 2026)
• Schedule: 24-hour restricted call shifts (Flexible scheduling)
• Patient Volume: 3-7 deliveries per day

Responsibilities:

• Providing In-house OB coverage
• Managing Labor & Delivery patients
• Performing Cesarean sections and Dilation & Curettage (D&C); 3-7 deliveries per day
• Triaging patients as needed
• Working alongside L&D staff and collaborating with Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) in L&D when applicable

Qualifications:

• License to practice in the State of New Jersey
• Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Comfortable working independently in L&D setting
• Experience with C-sections and D&C
