About the Role

Location Oceanport, NJ

Details:

• Pay is not set. We bid.
• Provide direct and indirect primary care to PACE participants (ages 55+)
• Typical patient volume: 7 10 patients/day
• Total program size: 360 participants
• Most visits occur at the PACE center; 1 3 home or facility visits/week
• Occasional travel for onboarding/training to Lakehurst (mileage reimbursed)
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.725/mile

Position Type: Locums (3 month assignment with possible extension)
Start Date: ASAP (target 2 3 weeks after offer)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm (30 min lunch)
Full time required (5 days/week)
May consider 4 days onsite + 1 remote for strong candidates
On Call: Light every 3rd week, call triaged by RN

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• NJ License
• DEA required
• BLS required (can obtain during credentialing)
• 1 2 years of recent primary care PA experience REQUIRED
• Must have experience treating patients age 55+ (both male & female)
• Experience with frail/elderly population strongly preferred
