About the Role

Well-respected healthcare facility in the Newark, NJ area is seeking Pediatricians (or Family Practice Physician) for outpatient locum coverage starting ASAP and available ongoing for 4+ months.

• BC/BE Pediatrician or Family Practice
• Full-time, M-F, shifts are 9a-5p or 11a-7p and 1 Saturday a month 9a-5p (will have 1 day off during the week if working on a Saturday)
• Seeking candidates to start asap for at least 3 months (normally renew if all goes well)
• NO Call
• 100% outpatient
• Will see ages Newborn – 18
• Typically see approx. 24 ppd
• Locums to permanent is an option
• Must have an active NJ license, NJ Medicaid number (Facility can assist if don’t have one), DEA, CDS (NJ controlled substance)
• Competitive hourly rate plus mileage and malpractice covered
• Must be vaccinated w/ Booster
