NP/PA Division Manager needed for leading national occ health company headquartered in NJ.

-Develop, implement and oversee training and rollout of programs for new advanced practice providers and occ health nurses
-Provide case management guidance/mentorship
-Assist with clinic implementation and set up
-Assist Medical Director with afterhour’s calls and follow up
-Assist Ops team with compliance with OSHA and
DOT programs
-Min five years’ experience as an AP preferably in an occ health setting
-Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with clients and employees
-50% travel
