A high-performing ophthalmology practice is seeking a Comprehensive Cataract Surgeon to join its Long Island operations.

This role offers strong surgical demand with exceptional premium IOL and FEMTO utilization, along with mentorship support.

Compensation & Benefits

• $350,000+ base + incentives

• Manage comprehensive eye care

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible Ophthalmologist
• Active or eligible NY license

Skills & Competencies

• Strong cataract surgical expertise
• Experience with premium IOLs and FEMTO preferred
• Strong clinical judgment
• Excellent patient communication
