About the Role

A New Jersey-based health services organization is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing Inpatient Trauma Surgery team.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Days and Nights (60% nights, 40% days)
• Schedule: 3 days per week
• Hours: 12.5-hour shifts
• Setting: Inpatient – Trauma Surgery

Responsibilities:

• Central line placement
• Arterial line placement
• Chest tube placement
• Simple and intermediate wound repair
• Supporting bedside procedures
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Active NJ Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Up-to-date CDS & DEA registration
• ATLS, ACLS, PALS certifications

Desired Skills:

• Critical Care, Emergency Department, and/or Trauma background
• Previous experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
