About the Role

DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anesthesiologist to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in various locations in the state of New Jersey .

Job Description:

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients’ vital signs during surgical procedures
• Provide pain management services, including pre- and post-operative care
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage critical care situations, including airway management and resuscitation
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in anesthesiology through ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Valid medical license in New Jersey State
• Extensive experience in anesthesia administration and pain management
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
