About the Role

Seeking a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Adult Med Nurse Practitioners to join fantastic team in Edgewater. New grads welcome!

• Assess patient’s health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care.
• Effectively communicate with clinical and administrative staff across various internal platforms
• Provide high quality, patient centered care to all patients
• Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Foster a trusting relationship with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
• Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions
• See a range of 25-30 patients per day, both in-person and virtually
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm), Friday (9:00 am – 3:00 pm)
• Work alongside an internal medicine physician, and a dedicated administrative and clinical staff

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year in a primary care/urgent care setting
• ACLS
• BLS
• English
• Spanish – Preferred
