About the Role

Annual Salary: $280k-$325k (varies depending on years of experience)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Nocturnist to join a dynamic hospitalist team. This role offers a consistent schedule and a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality inpatient care during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive overnight coverage for hospitalized patients, including admissions, follow-ups, and discharges from observation.
• Work within a closed ICU model; no procedures are required.
• Partner with Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in code response and pronouncements, with support from a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership to support quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active New Jersey medical license.
