Compensation:

$110,000 – $140,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

  • Work with businesses and individuals to design, optimize, and implement employee benefits programs and personal protection products and solutions
  • Educate clients on life insurance, health insurance, retirement plans, and compliance regulations
  • Utilize company-provided leads to build strong relationships with individuals, families, business owners, HR teams, and executives
  • Present customized solutions tailored to each person’s or business’s needs
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and policy changes to deliver strategic insights
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to refine sales consulting skills

Qualifications:

  • Life and Health Insurance License required (will not be considered for the position without this as a bare minimum)
  • Driven, self-motivated individuals with a passion for insurance and financial planning
  • Sales experience preferred but not required– We provide comprehensive training
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to present and negotiate with business owners and HR teams
