About the Role

Job Description: Job Description Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into an engaging contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant educational environment near Woodbridge, NJ. This 12-week assignment begins in September 2026 and offers the chance to make a significant impact in young learners’ lives during maternity leave coverage. SLPs will be providing services exclusively onsite, working full-time (35+ hours per week) across elementary settings with diverse student populations, particularly those in preschool and with high Autism needs. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome if they have external supervision arranged, although SLPs holding the CCC are especially sought after. SLPAs will not be considered for this position. Desired Qualifications:Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology LicenseValid New Jersey Speech-Language Specialist (SLS) CertificationASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is strongly preferredExperience or interest in working with preschool and K-5 students in a school settingBackground in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorders is highly desirableComfort with full-time, onsite assignments across one or more school campusesExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Key Responsibilities:Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plansDeliver direct speech, language, and communication therapy to assigned caseloadsCollaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and successMaintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelinesParticipate in team meetings, IEPs, and professional development as needed Benefits include a supportive educational setting, the chance to work with experienced colleagues, and the opportunity to transform the educational experience for students.
