We operate as one unit, and every team member plays an important role in keeping our shop running smoothly.
This is a hands-on position. You must be open and willing to perform all duties required during a shift, including sandwich making, barista work, cashier responsibilities, cleaning, prep work, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We need team members who are ready for anything and willing to step in wherever needed. If you prefer to only perform certain tasks or are not comfortable assisting in all areas of the shop, this position may not be the right fit.
Schedule & Availability Requirements:

• Morning shifts only
• Must be available Monday through Sunday
  
• Shifts vary between 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, depending on the schedule
• Weekend-only availability will not be considered

Cashier or barista experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
