Job Opportunity: Cabinet Maker / Millworker

Aero Manufacturing Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker / Millworker to join our team at our North Jersey headquarters.

Founded in 1946, Aero is a family-owned industry leader in heavy-duty industrial fabrication. This role will directly support our Commercial Foodservice Division, creating high-quality cabinetry, trim, and woodwork designed to be both complementary and integral to our signature stainless-steel products.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated craftsman who can bridge the gap between traditional woodworking and industrial foodservice applications. You will be responsible for fabricating custom cabinetry and architectural woodwork that integrates seamlessly with our precision stainless-steel equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wood Fabrication: Build custom cabinetry, trim, and specialized woodwork from shop drawings to support foodservice projects.
• Integration: Collaborate with our stainless-steel fabrication team to ensure perfect fitment for integrated wood-and-metal assemblies.
• Material Management: Select and prepare hardwoods, veneers, and sheet goods; manage hardware installation and final adjustments.
• Quality Control: Maintain high tolerances and premium finishes consistent with Aero’s 80-year legacy of manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in custom cabinet making or architectural millwork.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of standard shop machinery (table saws, shapers, planers) and hand tools.
• Detail Oriented: Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings with precision.
• Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable working in a professional manufacturing environment alongside metal fabricators and engineers.
