We are seeking a Store Manager to assist with running our Princess Spa! Duties will include but not limited to overseeing all walk ins, appointments and spa parties at our facility. Coordinate all activities and events .

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team (glamgirls & party host)
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
