CBIZ Talent Solutions is working with our Warren County, NJ Civil and Environmental Engineering client looking for a full-time AutoCAD Survey Tech to join their team. The candidate will provide support to the Survey team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct boundary research and record plotting
• Download and process field data for map creation
• Analyze title reports and related documents
• Assist with site design, grading, and layout
• Prepare maps and drawings from survey field data for engineering projects
• Coordinate project submissions to local and state agencies
• Collaborate with team members and provide project assistance as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Familiarity with site construction is a plus
• Experience with local and state permitting for site development is a plus
• Professional License (SIT/PLS) is a plus
• Experience preparing and submitting civil engineering or surveying plans to agencies
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Explorer
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Compensation range is between $60-$70K/year depending on experience.
