About the Role

Psychiatrist (Remote & On-site) – Jersey City, NJ

Summary:
This is a flexible opportunity allowing psychiatrists to work either remotely or onsite, full-time or part-time, providing focused psychiatric care in coordination with primary care providers. The hourly rate is generous, and licensure costs for NJ will be covered, making it a highly accommodating option for qualified candidates.

Role Overview:

• Work collaboratively with Family Medicine and Internal Medicine providers in a busy primary care practice.

• Responsibilities include psychiatric assessment and medication co-management.

• Care provided can be for children, adolescents, or adults depending on provider specialization.

Licensure Requirements:

• Must hold an active NJ State medical license.

• Must be willing to obtain a NJ medical license (cost covered by the practice).

Practice Requirements:

• Participation in the practice’s insurance plans.

• Collaborate with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) as part of the care team.

Work Arrangement & Compensation:

• Location is flexible: in-person or remote, based on provider preference.

• Patient load: 2 patients per hour.

• Rate: $225 per hour.

• Positions: Both full-time and part-time roles are available.
