Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice review through payment
• Perform three way matching and ensure proper approvals and documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with project managers and internal stakeholders
• Support AP reporting and month end close activities

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Construction accounting experience
• Experience with QuickBooks and Procore
