Job Description:

The Primary Care Physician that is chosen for this role must provide compassionate, comprehensive care to a vulnerable patient population, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this setting, the physician plays a critical role not only in diagnosing and treating medical conditions, but also in fostering dignity, trust, and continuity of care through a patient-centered approach. Providers are expected to deliver attentive, thoughtful care tailored to each individual s unique needs, often working closely with interdisciplinary teams to support long-term wellness. This role requires a clinician who is both clinically strong and deeply empathetic, with a commitment to advocating for and uplifting underserved populations. We hold our providers to a high standard and seek individuals who are passionate about delivering respectful, humanizing care to those who need it most.
