Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 based on experience

What will the AI Implementation Specialist do? Strategy & Planning

• Assess current business processes and identify AI and automation opportunities
• Develop an AI implementation roadmap aligned with company goals and operational needs
• Recommend AI tools, platforms, and automation solutions
• Define KPIs and ROI metrics to measure success of AI initiatives

AI Implementation & Integration

• Deploy AI solutions including automation, chatbots, analytics, CRM AI, and workflow tools
• Integrate AI systems with existing platforms (CRM, ERP, marketing, and operational tools)
• Manage vendors and third party AI solution providers
• Oversee testing, deployment, optimization, and post implementation support

Data & Optimization

• Ensure proper data collection, preparation, and governance for AI initiatives
• Monitor AI performance and continuously improve outputs and accuracy
• Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks for AI metrics
• Maintain data security, privacy, and compliance standards

Team Enablement & Adoption

• Train staff on AI tools, workflows, and best practices
• Create SOPs for AI enabled processes
• Promote adoption and foster an AI forward mindset across the organization

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with AI trends, tools, and emerging technologies
• Recommend future enhancements and automation opportunities
• Identify ways AI can improve efficiency, scalability, and decision making

What we need in an AI Implementation Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience implementing AI, automation, or advanced technology solutions
• Strong understanding of AI tools, platforms, and integration strategies
• Experience aligning AI initiatives with business strategy and process improvement
• Ability to manage vendors, stakeholders, and cross functional teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with on site collaboration

Bonus Points:

• Experience in the construction industry or project based environments
• Background integrating AI with ERP, CRM, or operational systems
• Experience driving AI adoption in non technical teams
