We are excited to welcome a passionate Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join our dynamic, growing practice and lead innovation in cardiac care.

Practice Highlights:

• Independent practice with strong affiliations to both tertiary care hospitals and local community hospitals.

• Opportunity for directorship positions.

• Faculty role in an ACGME-accredited program, with active involvement in teaching.

• Step into a busy, well-established EP practice, supported by 8 Cardiologists and 12 providers and a thriving, organized device clinic.

• Perform a full range of advanced EP procedures:

  • AICD/PPM implantations

  • Atrial fibrillation ablations

  • LAA closure devices

  • Other cutting-edge electrophysiology procedures

• Comprehensive cardiovascular services:

  • Noninvasive, Invasive, Peripheral Vascular, Interventional, Structural Heart

  • Large, in-house diagnostic testing facility

• Full support teams to assist with patient care.

• Employed model with:

  • Base salary in the 99th percentile of MGMA

  • Productivity-based incentives

  • Partnership track

• Institutional support for academic involvement and research, with opportunities to mentor medical residents and cardiology fellows.

Minimum Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

• Completion of fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.

• Board Certified/Eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.

• Valid New Jersey Medical License.

• Expertise in:

  • Managing arrhythmias

  • Performing ablations

  • Implanting cardiac devices

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Commitment to high-quality patient care, innovation, and outcomes.
