Top multispecialty practice in Essex County NJ with a large focus on quality care is seeking an Endocrinologist for their growing practices. This full-time, permanent opportunity offers a competitive base salary, performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Job Description:
Compensation : $260000 – $275000 Job ID : 43873

Job Function:

• First Endocrinologist hire within the group; ability to build and shape the service line
• Primary focus on thyroid nodules, nodule biopsies, and general endocrine pathology
• Fully staffed clinical pod: MAs, scribes, and complete support process
• No prior authorizations or precerts required
• Access to continual glucose monitoring support and chronic care management
• On site rad techs and radiologists available – physician may perform ultrasounds or refer out
• 4-5 nationally certified diabetes educators on staff
• Organization previously evaluated external groups but is ready to employ Endocrinology in house
• Receive 30 day orientation with 1 hr per patient building way up to a max of 28 patients over a 10 hr day
• Use MediTab EMRsystem

Job Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Strong clinical expertise in:
  • Thyroid nodules
  • Nodule biopsies
  • General endocrine conditions
• Comfort working across multiple sites (short radius)
• Commitment to collaborative, team based care
• Spanish language skills a plus, not mandatory
