• Patient Volume: 25 per day

• Procedures:

– Disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery

– Treatment of acute illnesses & acute injuries

– Prescribes and administers medications, performs routine vaccinations, and provides advice regarding personal health and hygiene

• Duties:

– Performs miscellaneous job

– Proper and complete medical documentation

– Provides direction to both clinical and reception support staff

• EMR: Athena

– Open to new graduates

Requirements:

• Active NJ License (or willing to obtain)

• BC/BE in FM/IM

• BLS (or willing to obtain)

• DEA Verbal Confirmation (or willing to obtain

• CSR/CDS Certified (or willing to obtain)

• At least 2 years of Primary Care experience

• Clean Record
