• Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine
• M-F 8:30am to 5pm
• About 22 ppd
• All ages for FP; can be adults only for IM
• Looking for someone to start as soon as possible
• Prefer providers with some experience but open to newer physicians as well
• EMR is Athena
