Role Description
This is a full-time, mobile and on-site position for a Mechanic based in Denville, NJ. The Mechanic will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and efficient repair of lift trucks and heavy equipment. Daily tasks will include diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, repairing or replacing defective components, and ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently. The Mechanic will also ensure compliance with company and safety standards while maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair of machinery
Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and repair
Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Understanding of safety protocols and ability to apply them during all maintenance and repair activities
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mechanics or a related field are advantageous
Prior experience in the machinery or heavy equipment industry is highly desirable
