• Duties/Responsibilities:

– Design, build, and lead a cutting-edge GI program aligned with the company’s vision 2030 goals

– Create a dynamic, academic GI division emphasizing research, education, and advanced clinical care

– Develop and expand advanced GI services including complex endoscopic procedures, inpatient and outpatient GI care

– Recruit, train, and inspire a multidisciplinary team including GI hospitalists, faculty, fellows, and support staff

– Serve as a hands-on clinical leader, providing expert consultation and management of complex GI cases

– Drive collaboration across specialties, especially in cancer care, leveraging strategic partnerships with other facilities

– Ensure consistent endoscopic block time and manage robust referral volumes from day one

– Foster workforce development through mentoring, training, and culture-building initiatives

– Enhance access and reduce disparities by engaging with underserved communities

Requirements:

• Active NJ License or willing to obtain

• BC

• BLS, ACLS

• DEA, CSR/CDS

• Malpractice history disclosure

• Proof of COVID and Flu Vaccination
