Notes/Qualifications:
-Full-time schedule in patient homes and occasionally virtually: Monday through Friday 8:30 – 5:00 pm
–2+ years of recent experience working with patients in a palliative care setting (required)
-Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner; Masters in Nursing
