Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time, 5 days per week

• Weekend rotation required (1 2 weekends per month)

• Emphasis on flexibility to support both patient needs and provider work-life balance

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hospital rounds and coordinate patient care

• Complete documentation and follow-ups remotely after rounds

• Collaborate with hospital teams and outpatient providers

• Ensure continuity of care across settings

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner

• Active New Jersey license required

• Prior experience in hospital medicine or rounding strongly preferred
