Central New Jersey – Nocturnist Opportunity

Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible internal medicine hospitalist
• Permanent job opening – ASAP start
• Schedule: 10 shifts every two weeks (5 nights every other week)
• Physician will get credentialed at two locations to fulfill schedule
• Shift hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (nights only)
• Average of 3-5 admissions per night
• Must respond to rapid responses and codes
• No procedures required
• Closed ICU
• Collaborative, responsive team environment
• Opportunity to pick up additional PRN shifts for extra income
• EMR: Meditech, EPIC
• Must have post-training inpatient experience (no new grads)
• Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available

• Private hospitalist group with 20+ physicians
• Group covers multiple facilities throughout Southern and Central New Jersey
• Direct employment with the group (not locums)
• Competitive compensation: $150-$175/hour
• Flexible pay structure: 1099 or W2 options available
• Occurrence-based malpractice insurance provided
