About the Role

Location: Oceanport, NJ

Position: NP (FNP, AGNP, or AGACNP)
Need: Temp coverage
Start: ASAP (2 3 weeks post offer)
Duration: 3 months, possible extension

Requirements

• Licensure: Active NJ NP license
• DEA: Required
• BLS: Required (or willing to obtain during credentialing)
• Experience:
  • 1 2 years recent Primary Care NP experience (within last 2 years)
  • Must include caring for ages 55+, both genders
  • 3 5 years RN experience; NP experience strongly preferred

Schedule:

• Mon Fri, 8:00 4:30pm (30 min lunch)
• Full time required; may consider 4 days/week + 1 remote day temporarily
• On call: Every 3rd week; RN triages call first
• Holidays: Follows Monmouth County school closures; closed on major holidays (New Year s, MLK, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

Clinical Details

• Daily volume: 7 10 patients (clinic, follow ups, assessments, sick visits)
• Home/facility visits: 1 3 times/week within Monmouth County
• Provider panel ratio 1:100
• EMR: PCO
• Support: CMA + nursing staff
• Training may require travel to Lakehurst (mileage reimbursed)
