Title:
Independent Psychiatric Provider (1099 Contract) – Medication Management

We’re a growing group practice focused on high-quality psychiatric care and patient-centered medication management. We value clinical autonomy, collaboration, and streamlined operations to let you do what you do best-care for patients.

Position:
We are seeking experienced psychiatric providers (MD/DO/NP/PA) to join our team on a 1099 contract basis focusing primarily on psychiatric medication management.

What We Offer:

• Compensation: 70% of collected revenue paid to provider
• Practice retains 30% to cover administrative, billing, and operational support
• Payment structure discussed transparently prior to onboarding
• Flexible schedule and autonomy in clinical decision-making
• Supportive administrative team (scheduling, charting support, etc.)
• Opportunity to grow your panel

What We Expect:

• Valid state license (specify states)
• Board certification or eligibility
• Comfortable with psychiatric medication management
• Ability to work independently
• Must carry own malpractice insurance
• Can commit to a minimum number of sessions/hours per week (if applicable)

Contract Type:
Independent Contractor (1099). No benefits provided.

Insurance:
Provider must maintain their own malpractice coverage.
