Are you an experienced, DOT-certified Nurse Practitioner seeking a high-volume, daytime corporate health or occupational medicine engagement? A leading statewide healthcare network s premier Corporate Care center is seeking two senior Advanced Practice Providers to manage comprehensive occupational health and workers’ compensation medical services. Located entirely outside a traditional hospital setting, this outpatient corporate care facility offers a vastly accelerated credentialing and onboarding process, no night call, and highly predictable weekday hours.
The Opportunity
Step into a fast-paced, high-efficiency corporate health environment backed by full administrative, nursing, and specialist teams. Two distinct shift tracks are available to suit your scheduling preferences:

Clinical Scope: Manage comprehensive occupational health services, workforce preventative screenings, and acute job-related injury care. Core responsibilities include:

Conducting pre-placement occupational physical examinations and fit-for-duty evaluations.

Performing initial and ongoing worker injury assessments, medical surveillance, and exposure treatments.

Handling workers’ compensation case management, complex return-to-work clearances, and for-cause substance testing.

Ordering and interpreting diagnostic X-rays, lab panels, and occupational flowsheets.

The Schedules (Two Openings):
-
Provider Track 1 (Part-Time): 2 to 3 days per week, strictly 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.

Provider Track 2 (Full-Time): Monday through Thursday, 10:30 AM 7:00 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM.

Both tracks feature zero on-call responsibilities and no weekend coverage.

Clinical Volume & Atmosphere: Maintain a dynamic, efficient pace averaging 20 to 25 patients per day. This standalone employee health hub is fully staffed with specialized clinical teams, providing an integrated environment where you will collaborate directly with fellow APPs, occupational physicians, and auxiliary departments.

Streamlined Onboarding: Because this role is situated within a dedicated outpatient corporate center rather than a primary inpatient hospital, the typical medical staff committee credentialing process is bypassed allowing for an exceptionally fast turnaround from interview to start date.

Candidate Requirements
To maintain the high-efficiency workflow of this established corporate care operation, candidates must meet the following expert parameters:

Licensure & Credentials: Active, unencumbered New Jersey State Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license, active federal DEA, and New Jersey Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) registration.

Certifications: Active, valid National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME) DOT Certification is strictly required to perform commercial driver screenings.

Clinical Experience: Must possess senior-level clinical experience in Occupational Medicine, urgent care, or corporate health settings.

Practice Comfort: Complete comfort managing active Workers’ Compensation cases, independent diagnostic interpretation, and complex return-to-work medical clearances.
