Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Occupational Health

Schedule

• Monday Friday

• 7:30 AM 5:00 PM

• No nights, weekends, or hospital call

• Average volume: patients per day

Position Overview
Join a fast-paced occupational health clinic with a streamlined onboarding process (non-hospital setting). This role focuses on workplace health, injury care, and compliance exams.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-placement and employment physical examinations

• Conduct return-to-work and fit-for-duty evaluations

• Assess and manage work-related injuries (initial and follow-up visits)

• Order and interpret diagnostic X-rays and laboratory tests

• Provide medical surveillance and exposure evaluations with follow-ups

• Conduct health screenings and for-cause substance testing

• Collaborate with physicians, APNs, and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Active New Jersey NP or PA license

• DOT Certification

• Active DEA and CDS licenses

• Comfortable managing Workers Compensation cases
