About the Role

Psychologist Needs in NJ

M-F, 8:30-4:30pm, if they want to do (4) 10’s must work minimum of 35hrs/week, 1 year contract

6 PPD on average, 1-2 assessment groups

Must haves:

• Forensic background + Assessment Background + crisis intervention + State Hospital background
• APA accredited will be supervising doctoral level interns (they can not supervise if they don’t have NJ license)

Need to have previous forensic experience

DBT, CBT psychosis experience highly preferred

Patient population: ex cons, murders, rapists, dangerous patient pop, all adults, no children

MSO not armed

Must have NJ license, can have permit while getting full license but they can’t supervise interns without NJ license which doesn’t help the facility.

credentialing – emergency 2 weeks; they need to come in person to Trenton, NJ for fingerprinting, background check, and drug screen

Need to be driving distance local for the fingerprinting!

1 start date per month (new employee orientation happens around the 2nd week of the month but if this is missed need to wait until next month, getting exact dates from HR)

Interview with Anna and then offer

$85/hr + $1000/week stipend
OR
$100/hr for locals/all inclusive
