About the Role

Chief of Otolaryngology (ENT) – Egg Harbor Township, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire (No 1099 or locums)
Salary: $399,806-$759,565 annually + leadership stipend, bonuses, and benefits

We are seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist with proven leadership experience to head a growing ENT division in a thriving, multidisciplinary healthcare environment near the Jersey Shore.

Position Highlights:

• Lead a team of 4 ENT physicians and 2 NPs
• Outpatient, inpatient, and surgical responsibilities
• Regular weekday schedule (8 AM-4 PM, Mon-Fri)
• 6 weekday call shifts per month (no weekend call)
• Block time in OR and clinic
• State-of-the-art technology including DaVinci XI robotics
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology
• Active or eligible for New Jersey medical license
• Valid ACLS, BLS, DEA, and CSR/CDS (or willing to obtain)
• Minimum post-training clinical experience required
• Not accepting new graduates, APPs, or candidates needing visa sponsorship
