About the Role

We are seeking a dedicatedand compassionate Pediatric Physician to join our well-established practiceserving communities across Central and Northern New Jersey. This is anexcellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centered environmentwith a strong emphasis on continuity of care and community impact.

The ideal candidate willprovide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care while participating in periodicnewborn rounding. This role offers a balanced schedule, no deliveryresponsibilities, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships withpatients and families.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 5-day work week
• Every other Saturdayrotation
• One weekday off during weekswhen Saturday is worked

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $190,000 – $210,000(commensurate with experience and credentials)

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
• Board Certified or BoardEligible in Pediatrics
• Active or eligible formedical licensure in New Jersey
• Strong clinical, diagnostic,and communication skills
• Commitment to providinghigh-quality, patient-centered care
• Spanish language proficiencystrongly preferred to support the community served
