This is a diagnostic-heavy PM&R role with strong EMG volume, procedural access, and real income upside. Built for physiatrists who are comfortable working, want to increase earnings, and don t need a slow clinic to feel in control.

• 50% EMG / diagnostic studies consistent volume, not occasional add-ons
• 20% pain procedures in clinic/ASC access to interventional work without requiring full fellowship background
• 30% medication management includes chronic pain and opioid management
• $350K base + $700K $800K+ realistic upside tied directly to production
• ASC Ownership/Partnership (2-year track)
• NP-supported model to keep physicians focused on EMG and higher-value work
• High-throughput, structured workflow built for efficiency, not downtime
• Best fit: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physicians with EMG experience who want income acceleration and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment
