Compensation & Employment

Employment Structure:

• Physicians typically employed as W2

• Part-time roles may be 1099

Base Salary:

• Staff Physicians: $180,000 guaranteed

• Medical Directors: $200,000 guaranteed

Productivity Bonus:

• After meeting productivity threshold: 70% of billings

Typical Total Earnings:

• Average range: $230,000 – $425,000+ with salary + production bonus
