Job Function:

• Welcome patients, families, physicians, and visitors to the Surgery Center in person and over the phone.

• Handle preregistration and registration of patients.

• Receive and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.

• Distribute mail and messages efficiently.

• Coordinate patient activities with clinical staff.

• Assist the business office as needed.

• Greet visitors, medical personnel, and sales representatives, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them accordingly.
