A respected hospital in Montclair, New Jersey, is seeking a dynamic OBGYN physician to step into a clinical and administrative leadership role. This position offers protected administrative time and the opportunity to lead a dedicated team within the OBGYN department at a large academic medical center. The role combines hands-on clinical care with strategic oversight, and comes with a highly competitive compensation package. Job Function: Serve as Vice Chair of the OBGYN department, with a split between clinical and administrative responsibilities (approximately 20% protected administrative time). Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OBGYNs, Anesthesiologists, Neonatologists, and Critical Care Physicians. Provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Support and lead a large team of OBGYN providers. Engage in academic activities as part of a teaching hospital environment.
