A well-established physician owned private practice in Central New Jersey offering primary care, urgent care, and specialty services is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician for a full-time role with a focus on primary and urgent care. This permanent position includes a guaranteed base salary, productivity bonus, full benefits including malpractice coverage, health insurance, and retirement, and a clear path to partnership after two years. Job Function: Approximately 80% primary care and 20% urgent care. Responsible for suturing, splinting, and I&D procedures. Practice uses Practice Fusion EMR; virtual scribe provided once patient volume averages 2.5+ per hour. Strong support from medical assistants who manage work notes, orders, and prior authorizations. Patients do not message physicians directly; all communications are triaged through the front desk.
