• Skills: Proficient in finish carpentry, drywall, and basic construction techniques.
• Tools: Must have own tools to perform repairs.
• Safety Conscious: Committed to following safety guidelines and protocols.
• Adaptability: Able to work in varying conditions and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Team Player: Collaborative and reliable team member.
• Background: Ability to pass a background check, drug screen and driver’s license check.
