Job Title: SAP SICS – Functional Consultant (eMessaging Configuration) Location: Warren, NJ (Hybrid 3 days a week) Duration: long term Position type: W2 contract Experience: 9 + Years in SAP S/4HANA or related ERP systems Job Description: We are seeking a skilled SICS – Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in configuring eMessaging within SAP S/4HANA or SAP S/4HANA Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing businessrequirements, designing solutions, and configuring eMessaging functionalities to ensure seamless electronic communication processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and understand client business processes related to electronic messaging and communication. Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA eMessaging functionalities to support standard and custom messaging requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to support integration and interfaces with external partners or systems. Conduct testing of eMessaging configurations and support user acceptance testing (UAT Provide expertise in SICS modules and their integration points affecting eMessaging. Document configuration settings, processes, and best practices. Support go-live activities and post-implementation support. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant, with specific experience in SICS modules. Strong understanding of SAP eMessaging configuration and communication protocols. Experience configuring SAP’s electronic messaging functionalities such as IDocs, EDI, and other communication interfaces. Knowledge of integration with external messaging platforms or external systems. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. SAP S/4HANA Certification Preferred Skills: Experience working in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance modules related to messaging. Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for messaging purposes. Understanding of business processes like invoice processing, order management, or shipment notifications.
